C Properties has announced the launch of the “DAMAC District” project, which will consist of two towers housing a variety of residential and commercial units in the Emirate of Dubai. Upon completion, the project will offer one- to two-bedroom apartments and commercial offices in the Damac Hills area, offering residents the opportunity to combine comfort and work in one place.

The “DAMAC District” project will feature a children’s pool, a yoga park, a fitness center, a children’s play area, a golf course, barbecue areas, and other modern amenities. Additionally, the project will be located near golf courses, retail outlets, and green spaces.
